3. FEES AND PAYMENTS

1. These websitewww.divdevv.com offers a free, no subscription service to access the coding and website development learning resources on offer. All customers will need to first create an account to be able to access this content, but creating the account is free.
2. Fees are then due on all of the items or courses which are selected for purchase. All of these items are priced differently, and this will always be clearly labelled next to each item online. Customers will then be reminded again of the final price before they pay for the product.
3. There are no shipping or handling fees for any of the content or services which are sold on www.divdevv.com All content will be emailed directly to a customer’s inbox.
4. Customers must pay for all of the content which they are using in advance.
5. Customers booking 1 on 1 sessions must pay for all sessions in advance and session prices start at 38.42 AUD per hour.
6. On your billing descriptor, you will see DDFE, CYPRUS being displayed on all purchases.

4. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

1. Refunds for purchases on www.divdevv.com are only provided in cases of errors on our part, such as delivering the wrong item or non-receipt of the item.

3. Refunds are granted solely at our discretion. To inquire about a refund, contact customer services within five working days of receiving your order.
4. Customers can cancel orders if the product hasn't been dispatched or if the 1 on 1 consultant hasn't started any work. For delivered products, a cancellation request must state the reason, and the decision for a refund is at our discretion.

5. USER ACCOUNT AND SECURITY
